  1. This has been going on for years now. it is appalling and it's a result of the BoE's currency devaluation. Show me a MSM channel who is saying that ? Millions of working people are being forced to hand their wages to new arrivals who then spent it ( and it makes it's way tot he rich ). No one is saving, no one is planning for the future, people can't afford shelter. This is all a direct result of the actions of the BoE and Labour/Tories since 1998 And people keep voting for more of it and demanding more poverty.
  2. there doesn't need to be many of them, they can just buy or borrow/lever up and buy. The US corporations are circling, they'll be collecting on our taxes via housing benefit.
  3. Ahhh, gotcha. I was thinking Tory. yeah, I like George but the system is against them
  4. Not everyone in the world is poorer, certainly not bankers and corporations. Do you hear Starmer and the party of the British workers saying they'll stop foreigners buying ? We are being forced into servitude and people still clap.
  5. Property owning parasites really cant come to terms with becoming poorer. There is something deeply disturbing with people who can't actually realise they have been conned. Look at it shit way, if you had used your house deposit money to buy bitcoin in 2010 you'd be a multi-billionaire But hey, devalued property has made you rich.
  6. They will only see one solution...lower IRs and print. At that point it is game over
  7. It's the same loony troll that's been here since 2005 Im on the third count now and no one's noticed
  8. You'd be wrong... It's not happened for people who earn money in £s or had no way to convert their £s to other asset classes and currencies If you are waiting for the nominal crash now you are in for a very long wait. If you did not understand the information presented to you on this website regarding prices, real, nominal, investments, interest rates etc, then more fool you. House prices are cheap for me now, it's a great time to buy for anyone in a similar position.
  9. You have no other I guess. I can see it from your point of view but it's more wishful thinking now that we'll see a nominal house price crash. Labour, from the Rhetoric of the last 12 months, are clearly going to create "wealth" by pushing up house prices and getting people into as much debt as possible. I dont link it, you wont like it but there is **** all we can do about it.
  10. yes, I was shocked at how that panned out. But then again, the government dont have referendums unless they know they will win...
  11. You're looking at it from the wrong point of view. You're not meant to afford a house, you are now the bankers slave. UK housing is cheap for the bankers/corporations because all their money/income is tied to real world prices, worse, the foreign bankers etc must be looking at how cheap UK property is. We've been shafted. Only solution is to shaft them back, non-compliance, move away, because unproductive, vote against them, protest at every turn.
